        How is my payment plan set up?

        This is dependent on what option you have selected on your contract, if you need to discuss
        your payment plan further our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you.


        What if i want more locations?
        Looking for more locations to gain more exposure with your advert? give our customer
        care team a call and see what we have available in your area!



        When does my advertising time start?
        Once you have provided your approval on the proof, your advert with go live
        usually 10 days afterwards; dependent on the status of the screen.




        How will I receive my advert proof?
        Your advert proof will be sent to the email address stated on your contract, if you require a
        copy on disc please do not hesitate to contact our Design Team so we can post one out.


        Can I relocate my advert if my business expans to a new area?
        If you wish to try advertising in a new catchment area to benefit with your business’ new or
        existing ventures you can contact our Sales Team to find availability within the desired areas.
