Peterson Signifcant Chapter Award for
the third straight year……a chapter frst! Theta Kappa alumni appreciation cookout.
Also congrats as they gave out 34 bids
for fall ’13 Rush and had 32 to accept.
OUTSTANDING, GENTLEMEN! If you
are a recent undergrad (graduated less than 12 month ago), your
frst year of membership into MCAC is absolutely FREE. Don’t
let this opportunity to continue your lifelong journey pass you by.
Mid Cities Alumni Chapter has been a bit quite throughout
the summer, although four brothers have started a new tradition…
the BBQ Road Trip! Brian Hickey ’88, David Lenz ’86, Kevin
Preola ’86 & Tom Shearer ’88 took in seven BBQ joints in
Central Texas in less than 36 hours. Beginning at Brian’s house
on Saturday morning at 6:30 am, they arrived at Franklin’s BBQ at
9:30 am, only to be told there was a four hour wait. Following Texas
Monthly’s recommendation on which joints to hit, each purchased BBQ Road Trip.
