Join our penguins for a fishy adventure at THE LIVING
COAST this summer. During our Poolside Penguin
Feeding Backstage Adventure, two guests enter the
Rocky Shores habitat and help our animal care staff

feed Humboldt penguins. Participants must be at least
12 years old. As for the animals, they love it—they
participate by choice.

Feedings last about 30 minutes and take place twice
daily. This adventure costs $75 per person (not including
zoo admission and parking). Registration and purchase
are required in advance and online. For more information

a Penguin Encounter. You'll be part of a group of people
who will mix and mingle with Humboldt penguins while Through May 22

The Encounter is a wonderful experience for the whole 2:00 p.m. daily plus 11:00 a.m. on weekends
family, and a great way to connect personally with the
penguins while learning the importance of protecting them. May 23 to September 7
