Schluter -DILEX-HKU 8 mm - 5/16"
®
Schluter -DILEX-HKU is a stainless steel,
cove-shaped profile for inside wall corners and r = 10 mm -
floor/wall (including countertop/backsplash) 16 mm - 5/8" 3/8"
transitions. DILEX-HKU may be used with 8 mm - 5/16"
floor coverings other than ceramic and stone
tile, provided the floor coverings are fastened 19.5 mm - 3/4"
or adhered (i.e., no floating floors). The profile
features a single anchoring leg that turns
inward, which allows it to be used with different
thicknesses of tile. DILEX-HKU is available
with either a 3/8" (10 mm) or 1-7/16" (36 mm)
radius cove section. The cove section forms the Outside corner (90° or 135°) Inside corner (90° or 135°) Connector
visible surface and prevents the accumulation
of dirt, making cleaning simple. DILEX-HKU
prevents surface water penetration and meets
the maintenance and hygienic requirements
of commercial kitchens, bathrooms, and food
processing plants, or any tiled environment
where a sanitary cove base is desired.
Note: DILEX-HKU outside and inside corners are made of stainless steel, 316 L (1.4404 = V4A).
