                           Before joining UTC in April 2010, Rosa had more than 20 years experience in Accounts Receivable.  She soon proved herself to
                           be a valuable employee and was transferred to the Customer Services Department.  That is where she found her niche and was
                           promoted to the position of Customer Services Supervisor in 2014.  Rosa enjoys the interaction with customers as well as loving
                           the team spirit portrayed by her fellow colleagues.  She mentioned that it is also a good feeling knowing that she always has the
                           support of her work family at UTC.

           and four adorable grandchildren.  In her free time, she loves reading, doing embroidery and crocheting.  As if this is not enough, she still finds time in
           her hectic schedule to be involved in various church activities.

                           When I am not working on business strategies and growing my knowledge and UTC business, I enjoy cycling, travel, adventure
                           sport and our beautiful wildlife.  I am an amateur photographer, animal lover and social butterfly, formerly from tropical Durban,
                           currently living in Johannesburg.  I think of myself as a bubbly, outgoing socialite, although I have also been known to venture out
                           on my own when I need some me time or take up new challenges.  I have already ticked off my bucket list shark cage diving,
                           abseiling, swimming with dolphins, playing with stingrays, and driving a Ferrari…next on my list would be skydiving!


           background is from IP CCTV, working very closely with consultants, system integrators, VMS (video management software) partners and end users.
           My roles included CRM Super User, Key Account Manager and Distribution Account Manager, partnering a global CCTV manufacturer with local
           integrators, signing up new partners and building on those relationships.  As a Distribution Account Manager, I managed the tier 1 African partners,
           facilitating  bulk  orders  and  negotiating  with  global  teams  as  well  as  overall  activities  to  grow  the  brand  and  relationship  between  all  parties
           concerned, including distributor events.  The kinds of people I would like to rub shoulders with are ones who are motivational and challenge me to my
           next level.  It is important to me because it grows me as an individual and makes me realise that there is always room for growth – the sky is the limit!
