FLOORS AND ROOF

          Roof

The following methods can be used to create a roof:
          Architecture ► Build ► Roof

          Roof by Footprint:
Roof by the footprint – is drawn in the plane.
          Roof by Extrusion:

I viewable from horizontal views – for example, elevation
view/facades. Use a reference plane or a module line to
          model the extrusion.

          Roof by Face:
The roof is modelled on a surface from concept model.

Option Bar – Roof by Footprint
          Defines slope:

Can be added for inclination on the roof surface.
          Overhang/Offset:
Offset from the overhang, for example, a wall.
          Extend to Wall core:
The possibility to extend roof's core automatically into the wall's core. Here, it has great
importance, how the walls are built up.
          Edit Footprint:

When the roof is created sketch of the plan can always be
changed – this is done in Sketch Mode. This feature appears
in the Contextual Tab when the item is selected.
