Room

Room is a feature that automatically uses wall geometry and designes a room according to it.
The room is updated after placement on the walls throughout the whole project. Objects used
for delimitation of rooms, have information that is set to be "Room Boundary".

Architecture ► Room & Area ► Room

Room:
Find space within a boundary of walls or lines. Can only be
used in Plan Views and Schedule Views. Note the settings in
"Option Bar".

Then, room can be placed manually one after one, or you can
get Revit to automatically insert space in the active View via
Place Rooms Automatically
Room Separator:

If you want a separation in a room, without there is a wall, then
draw boundaries with lines.

Tag Room:
Indexing for the room. Here, you can use different Tag Types
on different Views.

Upper Limit: Upper boundary for the room.

Offset: Displacement of the upper boundary for the room.
Horizontal: List where the orientation of the indexation is determined.
Leader: Option to add a Leader for room when the tag is added.

Room: If theye are created, rooms can be selected in this list.

In the minimized functions in Panel Room & Area find
Area and Volume Computations where you can adjust if
volume should be calculated.

If volume shouldnt be calculated in this project, disable this
to save PC power usage.
