                  3.    Then use Sorting/Grouping,
                        Formatting and Appearance tabs to
                        customize the view as the illustration to
                        the right.
                        If the schedule is the active View it can
                        be accessed in the Properties


                        Use Sorting/Grouping to sort the view
                        per floor and make a Footer that shows
                        Totals Only
                        Set checkmark in Grand Totals and in
                        Itemize every Instance.
                        This will calculate areas

                        Use Formatting to change the names of
                        the columns and to control respectively,
                        right, left and center alignment of the
                        columns

                        Use if necessary, Appearance to set
                        additional graphical settings like grid lines
                        appearance and text sizes
