Formatting: Here, formatting is set to the properties added to the table. Fields containing
numbers can be set to merge. There can be contingent rules that color fields according to
the rule.

Appearance: The appearance of the form such as lines and text can be set. You can choose
whether to display headers, text font, text size and graphical text setting as bold text and
italic text.
