Create & Manage Proposals
Review Proposals
The proposal workflow is determined by two key factors:
▪ The Yes/No responses provided to various questions.
▪ The roles assigned to Professional Resources linked to the Proposal Project.
Additionally, Ad-Hoc Reviewers and Approvers may be added to the workflow as needed. Always review the
workflow before saving and routing. If errors are found after routing, the only way to correct them is to deny the
proposal and restart the process from the beginning. This will require re-approval from all certifiers, departments,
and schools that have already reviewed the proposal.
Note: The actual workflow may differ from the example shown below, depending on your Yes/No answers and the
assigned Professional Resources and roles.

1. Click the Preview Workflow button (Figure 13).
