Vinyl Siding

Vinyl lap siding. Solid vinyl double traditional lap profile. When calculating quantities, do not deduct for
openings (such as doors and windows) less than 6' wide. Labor and material needed for accessories will
be a large part of the total cost. Accessories include J-channel, starting strip, L-channel, undersill trim,
corners, nails, and colored caulking to match the siding. Each corner adds about an hour of work to the
job. These figures assume six walls are being covered. Add the cost of soffit, fascia and extra trim
needed over doors and windows. These figures assume 5% waste of materials. Per 100 square feet
