            Counterflow gas-fired forced air furnace. When ducting is run under the floor and below the level of
            the furnace, a counterflow circulation furnace is required. Specs are the same as for a conventional gas
            furnace, but the furnace cost will be higher. Add the following to either conventional or perimeter gas
            furnace costs.

            Horizontal flow gas-fired forced air furnace. When space is restricted, a horizontal flow furnace
