Associate General Meeting Q3

On the 8th of October, 2019, associates and members of the Management team of La Cabana came

together to celebrate and recognize their service during the 3 Quarter Associates General Meeting.
Every associate received their new pin which described our Value of Integrity. This AGM was perfectly
planned by the Eagle Team and the HR department of La Cabana, where we honored the associates who
have given an extraordinary and outstanding service during the year of 2019, and to fellowship with one
another and the accomplishments that La Cabana has achieved in continuously creating memorable
vacations. The Eagle team and the Human Resources Department did an excellent job of planning and

executing this AGM. At the start of the General Meeting, everyone was asked to take a moment of silence
in honor of our fallen comrade Julio Cesar. Continuing with each departments’ achievements in 2019
compared to 2018, paying special acknowledgement to the Activities for most improved scores, we ended
with a quiz where associates would answer a question asked by the GM and when answered correctly
received a cash prize. We would like to thank every associate who attended AGM for this quarter and of

course we would like to thank our Eagle Team, Human Resources Department and Executive Committee
for allowing such a wonderful event to take place and for putting so much effort and commitment in
presenting our new Values to us with such passion.
