Associate Opinion Survey

Starting from October 21th till October 25th we had the Associate Opinion Survey in
which all of the associate of La Cabana participated in taking the survey on the computer
in training room it was an all day event in which every associate could have taken the
survey from 9:00am—4:00pm. In the survey associates had to fill in what position they
have, answer questions that were displayed on the survey and by the end give any
comment on what La Cabana should start, stop and continue doing. Some associates
took the survey online via email. In total 214 associates have taken the survey which is
at least 96% of the total associates. We would like to thank every associate who took
their time to take the survey, it’s very important for everyone to take the survey and give
their feedbacks regarding about the questions that are being asked on the survey at the
end of the day we will be reading the feedback and will be taking actions .
