To the Ahata Excellence Judges,
I am proud to endorse my colleague Igmar Franken for the prestigious AHATA
EXCELLENCE MANAGER OF THE YEAR AWARD.
Igmar has been working for La Cabana and the tourism industry for over 28 years now and
working with Igmar you see a very passionate person who always wants the best for his team
and the resort.
I have always found Igmar to be efficient, great with customer service and a positive asset in
associate relations. He manages his staff with kindness & understanding. But he also
makes sure that he is strict and acts with urgency to solve situations as quickly as possible
when they arise.
He is a certified Hospitality Happens Here Trainer at La Cabana. He always makes sure that
his staff is well informed and well trained in customer service. He makes sure that his staff
is always happy so they can provide excellent service to our customers.
I couldn't think of another person more deserving of this award than Igmar, which is why I'm
pleased that he has been nominated for the Manager of The Year Award 2019.
