               It is my greatest pleasure to take this opportunity to support the nomination of IGMAR
               FRANKEN from our Food & Beverage department as our 2019 AHATA EXCELLENCE
               AWARDS NOMINEE for MANAGER OF THE YEAR!


               Igmar is certainly deserving of this title being one of our Associates that consistently
               perform according to La Cabana’s Values and Habits of Hospitality!

               Igmar being the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible to meeting the several yearly goals,
               like the budgeted financials, the Associate Online Survey, the Voice of the Customer online
               survey (Medallia), Quality Audits, Loss Prevention Audit, and Internal Audit. Igmar is

               consistently involved with the F&B staff qua service and product training, inventory
               monitoring, purchasing and guest service and recovery onsite or by email. These are just
               some of his responsibilities. His purpose is to create, together with his F&B Teams:  memorable
               vacations for all our guests!

               Igmar believes that you must have FUN at work. Love what you do. Recognize and celebrate

               each other’s accomplishments. Take the initiative to WOW our guests and exceed their
               expectations.

               Igmar is without doubt a valued associate who is consistently contributing to the success of
               La Cabana and consequently to the continuous growth of Aruba’s tourism.
