Dear AHATA Excellence Awards Judges,

It is with great privilege that I write this letter to endorse Mrs. Jeanette Brooks, F&B
Coordinator at La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino. Jeanette has been a part of the La
Cabana family for 24 years and she has played an instrumental part in the success

and smooth operation of the Food & Beverage Department for a long time.

Jeanette is the go-to person when it comes to almost everything related to Food and

Beverage. She is knowledgeable about every aspect. From scheduling, to associate
relations, to guest inquiries, challenges, functions, anything you can think of.
Jeanette goes above and beyond every time to make sure her customers whether external

or internal are completely satisfied with the service provided by her department. She is
a go-getter and not afraid to jump in and assist whenever operation calls for it.

Aside from her regular work assignments, and the extra mile, Jeanette is an active
member of the La Cabana Social Committee. She is committed to ensuring our
associates feel appreciated and can celebrate every achievement or special occasion
including Holidays by organizing activities for each and celebrations for each

occasion.

In everything that she does, Jeanette always remains consistent . Her consistency,

ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize are just some of her many
strengths that make her such a dependable Supervisor earning her the title of

Supervisor of the Year 2018.

Jeanette very much deserves to win the AHATA Excellence Award in 2019. I hope you
take her nomination into consideration as she is an excellent candidate for your

prestigious award.
