Viva otherwise known as Ch/Ir Ch Jojavik Poison
Ivy JW ShCM.
Viva was born on 6th April 2013. She was sired
by Ch Chancepixies Locomotive x Ch Tronjheim
Belladonna From Jojavik JW, who proved her
weight in gold for the Jojavik kennel achieving
Top Brood All Breeds 2018 & ‘19 and the dam
of 123 CC’s. This same mating was repeated
a further two times and to date has produced 6
champions.
Viva showed promise early on, winning multiple
BPIS & Adult Groups at Open show level. At
just 12 mths she won her first RCC from Jean
Lanning at W&PBAW in 2014, and shortly after
she won her first CC at Bath from Barrie Croft.
She was awarded her second CC at Southern
Counties from Jeanne Walker, followed by her
third and crowning CC at Windsor from Debbie
Stansbury, where her brother ‘Midnight Express’
also won his first CC. Viva became the joint
youngest Champion in breed history at 14
months 3 weeks and 1 day, alongside Sallate
Ferris our previous Breed record holder. Viva
ended 2014 with 7 CC’s and as Top Dobermann
Female.
Viva continued her winning through 2015, gaining
her first CC & BOB of the year at W&PBAW from
Brenda Banbury. She amassed an additional 10
CC’s and went Top Dobermann 2015.
Viva’s total now stood at 18 CC’s, and it was
around this time that people began talking about
whether the Bitch Record title might be in sight,
the title of which was currently held by Aritaur
Hipnotique at 28 CC’s.
The first show of 2016 kicked off at Manchester,
where Ron James gave Viva her 19th CC &
BOB, and her brother Billy the DCC. Crufts
saw the dynamic duo win another double under
Sue Brassington, No.20 for Viva. A few years
previous, Sue had also awarded their sire
Chancepixies Locomotive the CC & BOB at
W&PBS. By the end of 2016 Viva’s tally was now
on 26 CC’s, with another year as Top Dobermann
Bitch under her belt.
Viva equalled the Bitch Record at Border Union
