Café Barista is a 20 hour course (10 x 2 hours) and will include the below units

Students may also produce some biscuits, savoury scones, sweet muffins and slices that
would be served in accompaniment within a café context. Two field visits would also be
included with the course. All units contribute to the New Zealand Certificate in Hospitality, a
40 credit – Level 2 qualification. Independent learning with the online method of delivery is
required for completion and assessment of these units.
