Balance                                                        Dream to Aspire

        She’s a girl, a sister, and she’s a mom.                       It is an intangible response which brings us together,
        Then why was she always suffering...?                          It is a word establishing unity,
         Why is it that we differentiate between her and him?          And an opportunity to make amends,
        So, God didn’t say why we were...?                             That shall set us free.
        Giving them education because it functions like a passport...   It is a state of harmony,
        In every field, girls now-a-days compete,                      That we shall keep between you and me,
        In the army, the airlines, the courts...                       To forgive and accept what comes as a challenge within our reach,
        After having received wings named after education,             Therefore, we must become a bridge between the minds the world
         On their flight to a bright future, they will land.           shall see.
        She might be a physician, a scientist, or a teacher....        One day we might meet the results,
        There is quality in both ‘he’ and ‘she’,                       Of a place where justice is served,
        Both of them have the capacity to So we should prefer equity and   And a new era of righteousness is reserved.
        gender equality...!

        Reduce, reuse, recycle,                                        We have carried a despicable history,
        These are words we all know,                                   We know the aching past,
        start, now or it will be too late,                             Yet, I continue to move forward,
        before you know,                                               Quantity doesn’t matter,
        glass, paper and tin                                           Consolidated as one,
        go in the recycle bin,                                         We will fight for the injustice among us,
        plastic bags float on sea                                      Let’s seek for equality around us,
        and cling just like a skin
                                                                       We are the Same.
