Anxiety Reappraisal The goal was not to fall
Oversized hoodies, wrong pair of socks
First days are always full of anxiety, That’s how my first day went,
This time it was boarding for me For all that I still had that feeling of eagerness
I stepped inside the school building That strong feeling inside me!
with thousand thoughts running. Can you feel nervous and anxious at same time or is it just me?
I held my head up high,

While inside of me was not working, MYP-4
Not knowing what to do next
Can you feel nervous and anxious at same time?

I am here for a reason
To become the better me,
On that day, that moment
It was the only thought circling,
I reminded myself again and again,
Nothing is forever
This shall pass soon
This eagerness
Am I the only one with these mixed emotions?

Hundred things were to be done,
It was chaotic inside my mind
Confused and bothered
Not really sure what to do first
I sat down, wondering if I really belong here,
My heart replied, “Yes darling”,
It reminded me that
