ALTERING PERCEPTIONS
This creepy-looking robot, called Alter,
was designed by scientists in Japan.
The robot is connected up to electronic
sensors that detect minute changes
in the environment. These differences
in temperature, humidity or other
elements will influence the robot’s
movements, which are controlled
by a brain-like neural network without
any input from humans.
