             Steve:   What are you working on?

             Paul:   I don’t know. I should have read the directions.

             Steve:   Do you need a wrench or a screwdriver?
                   /Do ya need a wrench er a screwdriver?/
             Paul:   I’m going to look for the directions.
                   /I’m gonna look fer the directions./
             Steve:   You’ve got to find them soon.
                   /You gotta find ’em soon./
             Paul:   Can you help me?
                   /Kin ya help me?/
             Steve:   You must have left them home.
