                                                  Make the pizzas on the
            MINI CABANOSSI PIZZAS                 morning of the picnic.

            PREP + COOK TIME 20 MINUTES MAKES 12
            40g pizza base with sauce
            100g cabanossi, sliced thinly
            12 cherry bocconcini cheese (130g)
            1 medium zucchini (120g),
               grated coarsely

            1 Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
            Line an oven tray with baking paper.
            2 Cut 12 x 6.5cm fluted rounds from
            pizza base; place on tray.
            3 Top pizza rounds with cabanossi,
            torn pieces of cheese and zucchini.
            Bake pizzas for 5 minutes or until
            heated through.
