To make the dip:
             1.  In a food processor, combine the goat cheese, yogurt, garlic,
               lemon juice, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper; process until smooth.
             2.  Serve the dip alongside the chips. Store the dip in an airtight
               container for up to 1 week.

             Serves 4. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes. Total time: 45 minutes.
