Chocolate-Almond Dip

             For all you chocoholics, this is a great snack to calm your craving.
             Fiber from the strawberries and flaxseed, and protein from the
             almond butter, yogurt, and milk make it an ideal snack to keep you
             satisfied between meals. Flaxseed is packed with omega-3 fatty
             acids and lignans, which have powerful antioxidant properties.

             Ingredient Tip: Did you know that bittersweet chocolate has
             been linked to good heart health? Be sure to choose at least
             70% cacao content when selecting this tasty treat to get all of its
             health benefits.

             ½ cup all-natural             ¼ cup milk
                 almond butter             2 tablespoons flaxseed
             ½ cup plain Greek yogurt      1 quart fresh strawberries
             1 ounce 70% bittersweet
                 chocolate, melted

             Stir together the almond butter, yogurt, chocolate, milk, and flax-
             seed. Serve with the strawberries.
