6.  Stir in the marinara sauce. Cook for 5 more minutes or until it is
               thoroughly heated.
             7.  Remove the squash from the oven and use a fork to scrape the
               flesh into large strands. Transfer the squash to a serving bowl.
               Stir in the Parmesan cheese and top with the marinara-vegetable
               mixture. Serve.

             Serves 4. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes. Total time: 45 minutes.
