5. In a 13-by-9-inch baking dish, spread ⁄ 4 cup of marinara sauce.

Top with 3 noodles. Top with ⁄ 4 cup of marinara sauce; top sauce

with ⁄ 3 of the ricotta mixture and ⁄ 3 of the zucchini mixture.

6. Repeat the layers twice, ending with noodles. Spread the
remaining marinara sauce over noodles. Top with the mozza-
rella cheese.
7. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let it stand for 10 minutes
before serving.
Serves 8. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 40 minutes.
Total time: 55 minutes (plus 10 minutes to cool).
