3. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each
side or until they are browned and crispy.
4. In a small bowl, stir together the dipping sauce and curry powder.
To make the green beans:
1. Place the green beans in a steamer basket in a medium saucepan
over simmering water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until
crisp-tender.
2. Transfer the green beans to a serving bowl. Add the sesame oil,
tamari, and sesame seeds, tossing well to coat.
3. Serve the shrimp hot with the green beans, and pass the dipping
sauce for the shrimp.
Serves 4. Prep time: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 10 minutes. Total time: 30 minutes.
