To make the rice:
             1.  In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the
               onion and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
             2.  Add the rice and cook for 2 minutes or until toasted.
             3.  Add the broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the
               heat to low, and simmer for 45 minutes or until the rice is done.
               Remove the rice from the heat and stir in the tomatoes and pine
               nuts. Fluf with a fork before serving.
             4.  Serve the fish alongside the rice, spooning sauce over both.
               Sprinkle with the basil.

             Serves 4. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 55 minutes. Total time: 1 hour, 5 minutes.
