1.  Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
             2.  Brush the scallops evenly with the oil. Sprinkle them with the
               salt and pepper.
             3.  Grill the scallops for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until just
               cooked through. Do not overcook.

             To make the zucchini:
             1.  Brush the zucchini with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
             2.  Grill the zucchini alongside the scallops for 3 to 4 minutes or
               until tender.
             3. To serve, plate the scallops and zucchini and spoon a dollop of
               salsa on the scallops. Pass the extra salsa.
             Serves 4. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 10 minutes. Total time: 25 minutes.
