Honey-Mustard                                    Vegetarian

                           Dipping Sauce                                   Dairy-Free



             This is sure to become your favorite sauce. The mayonnaise adds
             a creaminess to the sauce and creates a perfect balance with the
             tangy mustard and sweet honey. For a smoother texture, you may
             substitute plain Dijon mustard instead of the grainy mustard.
             Serving Tip: Use this sauce to baste chicken or pork on the grill.

             ½ cup grainy Dijon mustard    2 tablespoons Homemade
             ½ cup honey                       Mayonnaise (page 288)
                                           ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
             In a small bowl, add the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and smoked
             paprika and whisk well to combine. Store the sauce in an airtight
             lidded jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

             Makes about 1 cup. Prep time: 5 minutes.
