on with the renovation after they presented
the necessary plans, equipment, and credible
workers. “We were able to handle it well by
restricting the noise and complying with
guidelines,” Isabel shares.
Upstairs, the design team was able to
provide the family with two bedrooms. The
guest room boasts off a study and a huge walk-
in closet.
After three months of renovation, the loft
now exudes a stylish and contemporary vibe.
Isabel’s design team incorporated pieces and
fit-ins with marble, glass, and steel that gave
more elegance to the bright and open unit.
Though Isabel had limited meetings with
the family, her team was still able to fulfill the
family’s requests and give them the dream
space the children wanted for their parents.
“They said the unit captured their parents’
simplicity,” Isabel shares. Now, the clients’
parents will have a rejuvenated place they
could settle into after coming back home,
thanks to the love of their children.
