Selecting the right topic
Most agents will only put energy into leads that are “ready” now... meaning... if a lead comes in and he’s looking to buy in 3 to 6 months (which 90% of online lead/prospect will buy/sell 6 to 18 months down the line after initially generated) they will treat that lead as if it was “dead/ garbage”.
So with my VALUE PROPOSITION of helping Realtors close more deals AND give them back more time in their lives (which is the same VALUE PROPOSITION our loan officer clients at Bridge Profits have), I have created a system that:
1. Takes all of those old, “dead/garbage” online leads the Realtor has discarded and utilizes INTELLIGENT & DYNAMIC automations/ workflows to follow-up with each lead to discover which leads are still looking to buy/sell a home. And...
2. Continues to stay in touch with the lead until that lead is ready to buy/sell regardless of the lead’s timeframe.
