 Selecting the right topic
In other words, I adapted my VALUE PROPOSITION (the reason why a Realtor would work with me over another LO) as a Loan Officer to better serve my clients (the Realtors that send me their business)...
At the end of the day, loan officers are competing against one another to earn the business of Realtors and whoever offers more value to the agents and keeps communicating it to them... will end up earning the largest share of their business.
All of my events are connected to my VALUE PROPOSITION one way or the other and this is the KEY.



For example, I hosted an event centered around :
    “How To Sell 3 to 12+ MORE Homes Per Year WITHOUT Spending Any Extra Money.”
