DJ: “Hey [first name]! DJ here...did you get the email I sent a couple weeks ago and voicemail last week? Want to see if you’re able to make it? :)”
Very short and sweet. A text like this darn near requires the Realtor to respond either with “Yes, I saw it” or “No, not sure what you’re talking about.” Either way, it opens the door where the Realtor HAS to text back and forth with me.

I typically will only private message Realtors if I cannot get a hold of them by call or text. Sort of a last resort effort to get them to respond. Because of that I’ll play off of the “last resort.”
DJ: “Hi [first name] :) Been trying to get ahold of you for the last couple of weeks and figured I try here. Wanted to see if you’re able to come to the event I was reaching out to you about?”
The whole idea is to at least get a response and then dialogue. And even if they cannot make it, there is still benefit for all your attempts to get them to attend as it puts your name in front of them multiple times.
