2-Weeks from Event
Now that you’re two weeks away from the event, it’s time to turn up the dial and get agents to commit. With the email and voicemail blast, you should have been able to prep their minds enough about the event so when you call, text, private message, it won’t be a surprise to them.
For these I like to send “assumptive” messages...meaning when I call/text/PM them I assume they already know the event so then I can dialogue with them. Here’s how each of these would work...

Phone Call Script
DJ: “Hey [first name]! DJ here! How are you doing?”
Realtor: “Good. What can I help you with.”
DJ: “Yes, [First name], I sent you an email a couple weeks ago and left you a voicemail last week about an event I’m hosting on [date/time]. Checking to see if you’re able to make it?”
Realtor: “Ah yes. I did receive those and sorry for not responding. Can you tell me again what it’s about?”
From here I share the topic again, along with the benefits the Realtor will receive for attending. By structuring the conversation this way it better leads into a conversation about the event which gives me a better opportunity to get the Realtor to RSVP instead of me leading the conversation by dumping all of the information on him/ her. Make sense?
