Here’s a very typical email I would send at this stage. It’s pretty brief, shows them the value of attending (3 to 12+ more homes/ year), plants the seed of the event for future follow-up (this is key), and doesn’t commit them yet.

...basically I’m going to show Realtors some really SIMPLE ways to convert more of the leads they already generate into actual clients...and how to do it without spending any extra money.
I don’t have the exact date/time yet, nor location (it’ll be in the area), but assuming the date/time is open for you, would you be interested in attending? Trying to gauge interest and it’ll help make sure I get a room that fits everyone comfortably :)
