Slybroadcast is a very cool and inexpensive way to leave voicemails on a mass group of people. The concept is simple...upload a list of cell phone numbers into their site, record a voicemail using a special number, and then have the site send that voicemail to each number...
...the beautiful thing is the Realtor’s phone doesn’t ring. They’ll just see they
missed a call from you and have a voicemail to listen to.
With these voicemails, since they’re being sent to numerous people, you just want to make sure you’re not referencing anything that would give it away that it’s a bulk voicemail. But one of the things I do recommend in the voicemail is that you go a little deeper than the email, and if you have date/time and venue chosen then reference that in the voicemail as well. For example...

“Hey it’s DJ Christofferson. I sent you an email last week about a little event I’m putting on. Did you see that email? If you didn’t, I’ll give you the low down here as I know you’ll love what I’ll be sharing. Basically, I’m going to show you some very simple ways to add 3 to 12 more deals per year to your pipeline without spending any extra money, without spending extra time prospecting, and without having to do any additional work other than showing these clients homes or listing their properties. It really is quite amazing and would love if you would attend. It’s going to be at the [location] on [date and time]. Shoot me a call or text on whether you think you can make it or not. My cell is [cell number].”



Notice how I referenced the email I sent them the week before. By doing this it will certainly cause them to listen to the rest of the voicemail which gives further details on the benefit of why they should attend.
