And another note before launching into this. I’m not going to be talking about the mechanics of public speaking such has eye contact, volume of your voice, tonality, rate of speech, what to do with your hands, body position...etc. There just isn’t space here to do all of that plus those are concepts better explained through video or live. The one thing I can say that will greatly help...be EXCITED. If YOU are excited the REALTORS will become excited.
Okay, NOW let’s get to 6 sub-steps of delivering the message. You’ll notice step 1 and step 6 aren’t directly about Delivering the Message, however, they are important to the entire experience of the event and help tie everything together by positioning YOU as THE authority.
1. Sign-in and Welcoming
2. Opening and initial survey
3. Starting AND Hook with a VALUE STATEMENT 4. Presenting with interaction
5. Closing with Hook and end survey
6. Shaking hands and “kissing babies”
