 Here’s how I set this up so Realtors fill out the survey. 
 

Once I’m ready to begin, and the Realtors are now sitting down, I’ll say something like...
  Announcing Survey Script
“Hi everyone. Thank you for coming today. I know you’re all very busy people so I’m very grateful you’re here. And I’m going to make our time together very valuable for you. Before we kick things off, I have a very short, yet very important survey for you to fill out. Won’t take long at all. [Sidekick’s name] is passing these out now and there are pens on the table already for you. In just a couple minutes [sidekick’s name] will come around and pick up the survey from each of you. The information we’re collecting on this survey will greatly help me to better help you.”
Doing it this way will almost guarantee you’ll get 100% of the Realtors to fill out the survey and hand it back in. While they’re filling out the survey, just simply do some small talk or get your presentation loaded if you’re doing a powerpoint.
