The Opportunity
This isn’t referring to the opportunity of the value you provide. Let me give you a few examples of what The Opportunity references as I think that’ll better explain:
• If I’m doing a topic on VA Loans, the opportunity is serving an underserved market of Veterans and Active Military Service Members
• If I’m doing a topic on Renovation Loans, the opportunity is all of those buyers who can’t find a home that fits their needs or passes HUD appraisal
• If I’m doing a topic on Online Leads, the opportunity is a source of business at a relatively low price point
In the example we continue to use, “How To Sell 3 to 12+ MORE Homes Per Year WITHOUT Spending Any Extra Money”
The Opportunity is...
...all of the potential business from the Realtors’ Old, Online Leads that they are no longer actively prospecting.
When it comes to The Opportunity, I simply want to explain what it is. Once I explain what The Opportunity is, I can move to the next phase.
Paint them the ‘OPPORTUNITY’
