Realtors who buy online leads have 100’s of old, online leads that they no longer proactively work to convert into new clients. That’s a shame because in those 100’s of leads are A LOT of GREAT buyers/ sellers.
The Problem...Statistics show that when a person provides his/her information for the first time online, they won’t actually buy/sell for 6 to 18 months. There are a lot of reasons for this... Maybe the lead was stuck in a lease and couldn’t buy yet. Maybe the lead wanted to wait until school year ended to sell. Whatever the reason there are LOTS of GREAT leads inside of the Realtor’s “dead” online leads database.
So this means, in order to close a higher percentage of these online leads, they need to be worked until they mature (ready to buy/sell) which may be 6 to 18+ months after the lead first came in.
