Realtors Action Steps
1. Realtor needs to put the leads together to call and text each one, multiple times over multiple days once they get a few months old to see where they are at in the process of buying/selling
2. If Realtor doesn’t want to, or doesn’t have the time to do that than he/she needs to spend extra money to hire someone to do it for him/her
3. If the Realtor doesn’t want to do that than he/she needs to invest more money, time, and effort into softwares & a CRM that can automate some of the work
Now The Diagnoses is going to detail what the Realtor needs to do in order to solve this problem:
-> Have hundreds of old online leads that have great leads in there but aren’t being worked
Without going too deep, you can see all 3 things I provided would help solve the Realtor’s problem but those solutions will all cost extra time, effort and/or money. VERY FEW Realtors would go for that.
And one of the things I like to try and do as part of getting the Realtors to participate, is to draw out of them information like this. If I’m able to do that it makes everything even more real and personal to them.
Once I lay out The Diagnoses for them, and how it will be EXTREMELY difficult for them to pull it off themselves, I’m now sitting very pretty as I KNOW I have something that will take away all of their problems..
