  The Solution
This is the time where you can now shine and the great thing is it’s super simple at this point. All you need to do is show the Realtors how YOUR Solution addresses each of their Problems and pain points.
From the previous phases we know The Problems and pain points the Realtors have are as follows:
   Problems and pain points
• Have hundreds of old online leads that have great leads in there but aren’t being worked

• Don’t have the time to properly work the leads long- term, nor want to

• Don’t want to spend money to hire someone to work the leads for them

• Don’t want to spend the money on costly softwares and CRM to help automate some things
What I like to do is clearly list out these problems and pain points because it sets me up for what I want to do next.
