 Remember how I started the presentation with an opening VALUE STATEMENT that was actually framed as a question? It’s now time to bring that back and tie everything together for the Realtors. 



In fact, I’m going to remind the Realtors about that statement just like I did with you here. It goes something like...
   VALUE STATEMENT

“Now that we’ve covered everything that is standing in the way of you closing more of these old, online leads, I want to bring you back to what I said when we started. I’m now going to show you how I will help you close an extra 3, 6, 9 or even 12+ extra homes from these old, online leads. And I’m going to show you how I will do it without costing you any extra money. And I’m going to show you how it will not take you any extra time to further work these leads. You simply will just have to show homes to the new clients and or list their homes. That sound good to everyone
Did you notice that I went from originally framing this as a question when we started to now framing it as a statement?
Yes, that was intentional. If you’ve done everything we’ve discussed up to this point, you will have successfully put yourself in a position to be able to LEAD because they now want to follow YOU.
