This phase of the presentation really serves as a transition to how you’ll end the presentation (will discuss next) but there is something VERY important you want to get across to the Realtors...
...They can have access to YOUR Solution by working with you.
If you’re in the United States, I’m not saying to violate RESPA by requiring they refer you their business in exchange for your solution. I am saying you need to make it clear you’re not looking to work with Realtors who just want to take...it needs to be a mutually beneficial relationship.
The key thing here to communicate is that they cannot get this solution from just any loan officer out there. You are the person with the solution so they need YOU.
If you do that, closing the presentation and Step 4 Post-Event:
Converting the 1-on-1 meetings into PROFITABLE partnerships, will be MUCH easier.
