The way these questions are set up is intentional.
I get tons of valuable information here such as my competition, potential current business I can get, how big the Realtor thinks in terms of goals, what kind of action taker the Realtor is...etc.
But my favorite thing about this set up of questioning is that it shows to the Realtor that his/her current lender is NOT helping them achieve their goals.
As you can imagine, this is incredibly valuable information for me to have for when we meet. I should note, make sure to add question #6...
