Once you finish the presentation, hand out the surveys, and then collect them, it’s time to hang out longer and talk with the Realtors. Make sure to thank them for coming and answer any questions.
You want to build time for this for after the presentation. What you DON’T want to happen is you needing to rush to leave or clean up.
This may be the shortest phase of Step 3 but that doesn’t mean it’s not important. Because you just gave a great presentation chock full of incredible value, to many Realtors you may seem “too important and unapproachable”.
To avoid that, make sure to mingle with everyone and be intentional with encouraging people to talk with you.
