The Diagnoses
Now that we’ve explained The Problem to the Realtor, it’s time to talk about The Diagnoses. At first, it may sound like The Problem and The Diagnoses are one and the same, but The Diagnoses aims to show how woefully short the Realtor is at providing his or her own solution.
Basically, it tries to convey to them what the Realtor can do to solve their own problem but make it so unattractive that they crave something else...Your Solution (which is next point).
Now the beauty of this is, there is no need to be deceptive at all in trying to convey how the Realtor cannot do this on his/her own. If they are at your event it’s most likely because they KNOW they have a problem and cannot fix it themselves so they are LOOKING for solutions.
Let me recap The Problem quickly and will then provide The Diagnoses:
• Realtor has 100’s of Old, Online leads he/she is no longer working
• Realtor is no longer proactively working these leads...usually stop working the lead after a couple of weeks from when it first came in
• Statistically, online leads take 6 to 18+ months to mature ( ready to buy/sell )
• You have to re-engage these leads multiple times over multiple days to make contact
